Refund policy
RETURNS
Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the original sale date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with no damage and all tags must be in place. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wraps. Any return initiated after 30 days from sale date will not be accepted.
Exchange only on FINAL SALE items, we do not offer refunds.
To return your item, go to your order in our online store and initiate a return. We will generate a return label and send it to you by email. Fill out the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Please be sure to include your original order number and reason code. Failure to include your order number and reason code may delay the return process, or the return being rejected. Once the paper work is completed, put the item in a box or waterproof envelope. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package, and drop it for shipping.

We only exchange products if they don't fit, they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by email at customerservice@etrnoriginal.com. We will process the free exchange.

If you change your mind and decide to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us by email at customerservice@etrnoriginal.com
- CANCEL THE ORDER:
We usually ship orders immediately. Therefore, if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately so we process the cancellation of your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund and notify you by email. Depending on your bank, refunds can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
